| Action Alerts - AB 2987 Update!
For much of 2006, members from many access centers were involved
in traveling to meetings in Sacramento, California to provide
input into AB 2987.
At the Western Region Conference held in San Jose, California
October 27-28, 2006, three representatives -- Paul Valle-Riestra,
William Lowery, and Sue Buske -- addressed the changing legislative
landscape during the plenary session AB 2987: Where Do We
Go From Here?
